Common questions
How do I track my package?
Enter your tracking number on the Track page. ApexGlobal tracking numbers are 10 digits long (for example 4829301756). You can check up to 10 numbers at once by separating them with commas.
How long does international delivery take?
Express usually arrives in 1–3 business days, Standard in 3–6 and Economy in 6–12. Distant destinations can take one extra day, and customs checks in the destination country may add time.
How is the shipping price calculated?
We charge the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5000). The price includes the fuel surcharge and is shown in USD before you ship. Use the rate calculator for an instant quote.
Are import duties and taxes included?
No. Our prices cover transport only. Import duties and taxes are set by customs in the destination country and are not included in the quote.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Updates can pause for a day or two while a package is on an international flight or in customs. If there is no update for several business days, or the status shows an issue, contact us with your tracking number and we will look into it.
